Homerunpet sells pet hardware — litter boxes, feeders, fountains — direct. Fourth pet-tech brand on this site after PETKIT, PETLIBRO and Neakasa, and the one that publishes the most specific logistics table.

Shipping

The table names the carrier for each region:

Contiguous United States, 2-7 business days, USPS or UPS. Hong Kong, 2-7 days, FS Express. Malaysia and Singapore, 5-10 days, Ninja Van. Europe, 3-8 days, Amazon Logistics.

Processing is one to two business days, up to five in peak periods like Black Friday. Tracking arrives by email or text, with a support address to chase it if nothing lands within five business days.

Naming the carrier is more useful than it sounds. USPS and UPS behave differently on a doorstep, and Amazon Logistics in Europe means the parcel is coming from Amazon's network rather than clearing customs.

Returns

Thirty days after receiving the item to request a return. Cancellation before dispatch gets a full refund; after dispatch it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges are handled the blunt way: return the item, then make a separate purchase. That is not customer-friendly in the way a straight swap would be, but it is honest about what actually happens, and it avoids the common trap where a store promises an exchange and then processes it as a return plus a new order anyway.

How it compares

PETKIT serves the contiguous US only. PETLIBRO serves the US and Canada and gives ninety days on its Luma litter box. Neakasa covers the US, EU, UK and Canada. Homerunpet covers the US, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Europe — a different shape of coverage, aimed at Asia-Pacific as much as at America.

None of the others names carriers. On a pet appliance, knowing whether it arrives by USPS or by a regional courier is a real piece of information, especially outside the US.

Who it is for

Buyers in the five listed regions who want to know how the parcel will actually travel. Not for Canada, Australia or Japan, which are not on the table, and not for anyone expecting an exchange to be a swap rather than a return and a repurchase.
