About DTC Finds
Discover vetted Chinese direct-to-consumer brands.
Why this exists
A large share of what the world buys is made in China. A much smaller share is bought directly from the company that made it — because telling a real brand from a reseller storefront from a scam is genuinely hard from the outside, and the signals that would help (where it ships from, who honours warranty, what happens when a parcel arrives broken) are scattered across pages nobody reads.
This directory exists to put those signals in one place. It is written for shoppers outside China who want to buy direct and would like to know what they are getting into first.
What makes this different from a link list
A listing here is a claim we have checked. We fetch the store’s own published policy pages and record what they say about shipping, payment and returns. We note when we could not confirm something, because the absence of a returns policy is itself information you need before you spend money.
The category pages carry buying notes that have nothing to do with any particular store — voltage and certification for electronics, sizing and return freight for apparel, food-contact materials for kitchenware. Those exist so that the site is useful to you even if you never click through to a store.
How we are funded
Through advertising on the pages of the site, and — later, if we build it — an optional paid tier for merchants that adds services rather than ranking. Nothing in the directory is currently paid, no store has paid us anything, and no page carries an affiliate link. See the editorial policy for the commitments that come with that.
What we are not
- We are not affiliated with any store listed here.
- We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, take payment, handle shipping, or process returns.
- We are not a consumer-rating platform. The scores are our editorial judgement, not an average of user reviews.
