Regional electrical differences for power tools. Battery platforms are region-locked in practice — a 20V tool bought from a Chinese store may not accept the batteries you already own. Choose a platform deliberately.
Dash cams: check the parking-mode wiring. Hardwire kits and fuse taps differ by market and by vehicle. Confirm the kit matches your fuse type before ordering, or you will be splicing.
Chip-based features can be region-differentiated. Some in-car units ship with maps or frequency support for one region only. Confirm your country is supported.
Battery shipping restrictions. Loose lithium cells and large packs are restricted for air freight. Expect ground shipping and longer lead times on battery-heavy orders.
Hand tools: hardness claims are testable. Look for stated HRC values on steel tools. A brand that publishes them has done the heat treatment properly.
