Anycubic makes resin and FDM printers, wash-and-cure machines, filament and resin, and sells direct. Fourth printer brand here after Sovol, QIDI and Kingroon, and the one with the most elaborate returns paperwork.

Shipping

US mainland orders ship free, with one business day of processing and three to eight days in transit. Remote areas — Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands — are priced separately, by address.

Most orders go out from a warehouse near you. The exception is worth knowing: if a nearby warehouse is out of stock on an accessory, it ships from China instead, and the policy says so. That is the difference between a week and a month, and you do not get to choose.

The EU list is published too, country by country, which is more than most.

Returns: two clocks

Anycubic runs a "7-Day No Reason Return" alongside a "30-Day After-Sales Guarantee".

Seven days is for changing your mind. Thirty days is for a problem needing after-sales handling. They are different processes with different conditions, and the page describes them separately, so it is worth reading which one your situation falls under before you email them.

Then the clause that decides everything: the product must go back in its original packaging, and any loss caused by not doing so is yours. On a 3D printer that means the foam, the box, the lot. Keep them.

Returns must be confirmed before you send anything. The policy says they do not accept self-pickup or freight-to-pay shipping.

How it compares

Against Sovol's fourteen days with a supplied label and QIDI's thirty with cause-based freight, Anycubic is offering a shorter no-reason window and a longer fault window, and putting more of the return burden on you.

The packaging requirement is the practical difference. Sovol and QIDI both require original packaging too, but Anycubic states the consequence more bluntly — lose the box and the loss is yours.

Who it is for

Buyers who will keep the packaging and know within a week whether the machine is right. Not for anyone who discards boxes, and not for anyone who needs a long no-reason window.
