ELEGOO makes resin and FDM printers, filament and resin, and runs a dedicated US store at us.elegoo.com alongside the global site. One of the larger names in consumer 3D printing.

Shipping

United States only from the US store. In-stock items are quoted at three to seven business days; pre-owned units at four to ten.

The useful part is not the table. It is this: if the tracking has not moved in more than seven days, or the parcel shows as signed-for and you do not have it, contact them before the carrier's tracing period expires.

That is a genuinely good piece of instruction, and almost nobody publishes it. Carrier tracing windows are short, and once one closes the options narrow considerably. ELEGOO is telling you the deadline rather than letting you find it.

What is missing

The refund page did not load for reading, so the return window and who pays return freight are unknown from the US store's policies. For a printer, that is the number to find before ordering — ask support and keep the answer.

The other thing worth knowing is the split between the global site and the US store. Prices, stock and support differ between them, and the global page actively points US customers at the US store. Buying from the wrong one is the kind of mistake that is easy to make and annoying to unwind.

How it compares

Kingroon is the filament-led store here and quotes 12–48 hour processing. Anycubic, Sovol and QIDI are all printer-first like ELEGOO, with return windows ranging from seven days to thirty.

What ELEGOO has that the others do not is the guidance on stalled parcels. None of the other printer stores mention a tracing deadline at all. It is a small thing that says something about how the support team thinks.

Who it is for

US buyers who will use the US store rather than the global one, and who want a shipping table they can act on. Not for buyers outside the US, and not for anyone who needs the returns terms settled before ordering — go and ask first.
