Keychron makes mechanical keyboards — custom, low-profile, split, magnetic-switch — and sells direct. People buying these are usually specific about layout and switches, which makes the regional setup and the warranty more relevant than they would be for a generic accessory.

Sixteen storefronts

Separate regional stores for Global & US, the UK, Australia, Japan, Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Brazil, Hong Kong, Singapore, Poland, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand and New Zealand, plus a Lemokey sub-brand store.

That is the cleanest regional structure in this directory. A regional storefront normally means local currency, local shipping and a local returns address — which is what you want, and what most Chinese brands do not offer.

Shipping starts within two working days.

The warranty

Twelve months unless stated otherwise, and it starts when the product is delivered to the first end-user. Not at purchase. That is the only definition that does not charge you for transit time.

It sits alongside your statutory rights rather than replacing them, and the page says so explicitly. That wording is written by a company operating in jurisdictions where the distinction is enforced, and for EU and UK buyers it is the practical difference between a warranty and a marketing line.

The exclusions: void if the serial number is defaced or altered, and void if you make unauthorised software modifications.

The serial clause is the one to watch

Custom firmware is normal in this hobby. If you plan to flash a third-party build, ask first, because the warranty text is unambiguous about unauthorised software changes.

The warranty page does not cover returns. Warranty and returns are separate rights, and only the first is documented there. Confirm the returns terms with whichever regional store you are buying from.

How it compares

No other store here runs sixteen regional storefronts. Most either serve the US and point everyone else at a "where to buy" page, or pretend one global site covers everywhere. That regional structure is the reason Keychron can offer a delivery estimate you can plan around.

The warranty start date is also better than the norm. Petkit, Baseus and Anker do not publish a warranty start on their shipping pages at all; RENPHO measures returns from the purchase date. Keychron measures from delivery, which is the buyer-friendly definition.

Who it is for

Buyers in a country with a regional storefront, who want a warranty clock that starts on delivery. Not for anyone outside those regions, and not for anyone planning custom firmware who wants to keep the warranty intact.
